Location: Ottumwa, IA

Duration of Role: 1+ years

Pay: $35.00 – $37.50 / hourly

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Load non-PLC tracked measures for pretreatment into Ignition

·        Make chemical adjustments to washer stages.

·        Coordinates changing chemical totes as needed

·        Calibrate PH and conductivity meters

·        Verifies P-Mix mix ratio, checks paint plumbing pressure to identify any leaks prior to quality issues or downtime - maintenance does this now. Checks Day tank viscosity in D27. Monitoring Chemistry in D27 Swimming pool and PH.

·        Paint Quality Checks

·        Runs data packs through oven in both departments to ensure adequate oven temps - Quarterly by Sherman Williams.

·        Updates decal inventory - should be MP&F Scheduler

·        Conducts quality investigations on decal related issues

REQUIRED:

·        Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related work experience.

·        Good problem solving and communication skills.
